Only put 1 in the Quantity Box. This will indicate you are only paying for 1 Custom Design for $50.00.

The fee is an ADD ON to the original pricing of whichever card design you choose.  Once you add the custom design charge to your order, you then need to go back and place an order on any of the cards, flat, folded or trifold and put in the quantity.  Fill out this form with what you would like.  The only thing you are doing by ordering one of the cards it putting the correct pricing into the order.
