ORDERING and DESIGN process

Ordering through Baby-Lane is Simple!

We are committed in making your shopping with us a pleasant experience! If at any time you need additional help, please don't hesitate to contact us.

1) Browse through our selection of photo birth announcements, baby shower invitations, or birthday party invitations, and choose the design that is best for you!

2) Fill out the order form provided with all the personal information you would like included into your design. If you have special requests or comments, please feel free to include that into the special requests box of the order form.

3) Select the type of payment. We offer Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Money Order.

4) Once you've sent your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you we have received your order. At this time, you can email us your photo(s) to sales@baby-lane.com. This email will also be on your confirmation. There is also an option on the order form to submit photos at the time of order if you'd like. If you would like any specific cropping or retouching, please let us know at the time of your order so we can accommodate you!

Please always include your order number with all correspondence.

theDESIGNprocess

1) We receive your order and photo(s) and any instructions or special requests.

2) We get to work in creating your birth announcement, baby shower invitation, birthday party invitation, or thank you card!

3) Within 2 business days you should expect a PROOF from us via email. If you do not receive your proof within this time frame, please contact us or call us @ 503-362-9682. We make every effort to make sure you get your design in a timely manner. However, sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace and no one knows where they go! So, make sure to get in touch with us if you do not hear from us.

4) Once you receive your proof, you are free to make any changes or corrections you'd like. Please try to keep your revisions into one request if possible. This ensures the whole process is completed in a timely manner. Make sure to look over your photo card very carefully in case we have made any errors. We want to catch them at this time!

5) After you have approved your proof, we will send it off to the lab. At this point, no changes can be made once it has gone to the printer.

6) Your order ships within 4 business days.

7) Total Estimated Time from beginning of design process to shipping: Within 6 business days. Sometimes faster depending on how soon we hear from you and how many revisions you make.
