The information collected from Baby-Lane.com is used solely to design your personalized products. The information you provide is NEVER sold, traded, or distributed to another party under any circumstances, except for "Privacy Exceptions" below. We are committed to respecting your privacy. Occasionally we may use our clients' proofs on our web site or in our printed materials for promotional purposes only. In these cases, we will remove all personalized information from the image.

PRIVACYexceptions

The only exception to this policy is in regards to debt collection or fraudulent activity. We will send all pertinent information to an outside collection agency, State Attorney General, credit reporting agencies or any other outside organization as deemed necessary to collect any funds due or to curtail fraudulent activity.

returnPOLICY

Due to each product being personalized, all sales are final. Please check all proofs for spelling errors before acknowledging your final approval. Exceptions include damaged products during shipment, or errors in printing on our part. We are not responsible for lost items during shipment. Make careful consideration when deciding to add Insurance to your order. We strongly suggest ordering our sample pack if you want to see what our products feel and look like.

CANCELLATIONpolicy

Canceling your order will depend on which stage of the design process we are in. If we have not begun the design, there is no charge to cancel your order. If you request a cancel once a proof has been completed, there will be a $50 design fee charged . If you cancel once the order has been approved and printed, you will be responsible for full payment.

You certify that you own or have the rights of the photograph(s) of the child/person you are submitting.

If you are submitting a photograph from a Professional Photographer, you must request a photographer's release form from us. Simply email us and we will send you the form. We respect the rights and copyright laws of photographers and will not print any orders taken from professional photographers without their written consent. You also certify that you have obtained written permission from the photographer to duplicate the photo and will not hold Baby-Lane.com liable for any damages thereof.
